Recommendations: Long on generalities; short on specifics. Nice s-p-e-e-c-h!

Dr. Jules placed a lot of emphasis on equity during his speech. The need for equity should not be undermined if we are to achieve stable and sustainable growth. Of particular concern is the fact that the allocation of secondary school places to students is still largely inequitable. We need to move forward to making all secondary schools equal in terms of infrastructure, resources and quality teaching.

Every one, especially all bloggers who are Corinth graduates, have you'all heard what is happening to Miss Marcella lately trying to earn a dollar by the Corinth Secondary school?
