Is this China Phobia?

What is this China Phobia?
Do you really believe that any of these countries give anytyhing for free. Who are you kidding here?
"The majority of St. Lucians will never, neither will they ever visit the huge structures which they have built" The same structure is being used as a hospital for the south of the island. The mental hospital house persons in a more humane manner. What is your point? the majority is not sick but those who are sick need to be taken care of and the youth also need to be taken care of. Romanus Lansiquot Promised a National Stadium from as Early as the mid eighties. The Chinese gave us a gift for the young people and you have such negative connotations to it. so you would rather give 200 people a job say averaging 2,000 ec a month for 24 months which is less than 1 million dollars as apposed to a gift worth 30 million dollars which can have long term benefits for the youth and can still generate employment if we just change our attitude towards the youth and sports.
Our attitude towards the youth and the attention we give them is a huge problem in this country. We complain about the youth when it comes back to bite us crime etc. we complain. It is a social project We will reap what we sow. People sweeter than money. The only way the majority will not visit the stadium is if the majority of st. lucians have that attitude of indiference to the youth and sports.
We seem to have no time for the youth in our search for the mighty dolar. People sweeter than money. Those with loved ones at the wellness centre will be comforted by the fact that they are kept in a more humane condition. I would like to know how many Chinese businesses are in St. Lucia? is it because they look different. Sometimes I wonder if it were caucasions would we behave so.It is the government who has to set policy in the interest of the country. Does Barbados have that problem? Does Jamaica have that Problem? Does Trinidad have that problem with the Chinese all the above countries have diplomatic relations with China. The Taiwanese did give significant assistance and no one can take that away from them. Despite that help I did have a difficulty in the way it was given. Who audits the funds that were given if it is not deposited in the consolidated funds? The Taiwanese? How are we to know that some of these funds were not used for purposes other than what is was intended for? The Taiwanese will tell us? Who represents St. Lucia's interest here the Taiwanese? The government audit department should be representing our interest and if it does not have the authority to audit these funds then i have a big problem with that. Nothing is for free.
We must weigh the pros and cons very carefully here and have a balance that will be to the long term benefit of our country.
