it seems we keep spinning top in mud as the saying goes..laws,laws,laws it does seem to cliche..laws are not around when friends decide to drink heavily at clubs and then go home destracte by smoking, cellphone calling, speeding etc.

ST- i like what the manifesto of slp said that they want to introduce road patrol police vehicles, what we should do is copy how highway patrol overseas is done and implement it

ND- Stricter and SWIFT punishment of ppl who maim, cause the death of, destroy both public/private property should pay QUICKLY-have special courst to EXPEDITE cases

RD- Place BILLBOARDS/TV-ADVERTS so public will have no excuse when it comes to SEATBELTS has to be latched at all times..or PUNISHMENT

TH- ENFORCE AND DISPLAY PROPER SPEED LIMITS SIGN POSTAGES..again with the use of BILLBOARDS along our primary roads.. st lucia doesnt have any freeways so going above 70mph is ludicrous

TH- Place CAMERAS & sensors to monitor speeding and illegal activity on our roads.. uninsured vehicles can be tagged when drivers use these vehicles..
