Bernard Cornibert should be ashamed of himself.After all these years, insted of finding markets for the islands diversified agricultural products;you are now engaging in an activity that competes directly with already well established water business.Furthermore,should’nt Dominica have been the natural place to establish such a business????;Or did you deliberately set up in SLU to compete with Pat Joseph who the whole world knows you hate so much?????
