As always you've hit the bulls eye on the conundrum of accountability in the work place. This type of complacence may never be remedied until the consumer understands that he is the boss of the boss who needs his business to survive, and he, the consumer, is perfectly willing and able to take his money and his business to the competition. But, where in St.Lucia is the competetion, when tout bete c'est meme coleur in the darkness of this culture of corporate complacence?
