Political Efflorescence?

Saint Lucians have been set up for failure, first by our Venci import from an islet at that, The Very Blessed Saint John Compton, who gave us four goons of various capabilities in the Ali Baba cabinet of equals. One is now masquerading as a leader, but collecting a decent pension in exchange for making senseless bickering noises, as documented here, in the press.
SLP's rank and file followers have done remarkably the same, by ensuring that they saddle Saint Lucia with a dictator for life.
In Saint Lucia, the prime minister has much more power than the president of the United States of America.
After all, the political retards have decided that one and only one person is fit and able to lead in Saint Lucia. Yet the records show three egrgious legal blunders associated with a character whose strongest suit is supposed to be the law. Three egregious blunders with three academic law degrees at the tertiary level. It makes you gasp upon consideration of how much better the performance can be expected in areas on non-expertise, knowledge or training.
The myopic and un-alloyed stupidity of the SLP's rank and file, ensures that a vacuum of power exists which may just allow another similar, but complete idiot to follow as in the UWP, to manage the billion dollar economy, reeling from inflated wages for the public sector, and settlement of over $500 million in egregious financial blunders by a PM.
A VAT has been instituted to help fund those grave excesses. These really call into question, whether the actor has been able to convince financial institutions at home and abroad that there is a a concrete understanding of value in exchanges for money in its broadest terms, and the value of money.
Leaders in Saint Lucia habitually and perfunctorily go through the motions of office by globe-trotting, and reading speeches, oftentimes haltingly, as cogent evidence of their total understanding of what they are reciting.
Our parliamentary bickering system of hot air production and government is just part of our cultural legacy and national challenge. The sustained ignorance of the those who bubble up to top in our high places is the dysfunctionality associated with the profound lack of self-education and self-development, but in a pathetically self-destructive, passive, and supine culture of "yes-men".
Protocol dictates that the leader of the opposition should also be paid a courtesy visit by a visiting foreign minister. Such a visit is arranged by staff of the ministry of foreign affairs. The foreign visitor may include other names if he wishes but he may not exclude names. Check the protocol list and review similar visits since independence. Probably our foreign minister failed to read the protocol list at his ministry. He faild to consult people who know the facts and may be because of political expediency and wanting to embarrass the leader of opposition. Our country is too small and limited in resources for this kind of pettiness to exist. Pat Brown used a personal example which is really a mango and lime situation. His personal experience has reinforced the view that mere friendship did not take precedent over protocol. He was able to get a hug from the french friend cuz the friend approached him, not vice versa which .
To the anonymous writer above. Be realistic. Taiwan's Foreign Minister could have met with Stephenson King if he wanted to. the argument is not who sets the agenda for his visit. it does not matter who. It must be noted that even Taiwan's Foreign Minister would have had some input into who he visits. if the Foreign Minister wanted to meet with King he would have met with King. End of story.
King needs to face the fact that his admiminstration has fallen out of favour with the Taiwanese. Its a new administration in Taiwan right now, not the same one who embraced the United Workers Party in 2007. the leader of that administration is now in jail for life.
com on people, this is not a complicated issue. its basic. if the man really wanted to meet with King he would have met with him.
Forget the official agenda for the time being. if the man occupying the office of the leader of the opposition was a friend of the foreign minister or the government of taiwan, the foreign minister would have met with king socially on his private time.
not even a social visit was on the cards for the Foreign Minister. A social visit is not something the govt of st. lucia can control. The govt of st. lucia cannot tell the foreign minister not to meet with a friend, a st. lucian at that, when that foreign minister is in st. lucia.
St. Lucians need to wake up that taiwan does not want to meet with king. And King need to stop washing his silly laundry in public. by complainig that the foreign minister did not meet with him is showing up him for what Taiwan thinks of him.
@ Ezra Dollin or Pat Brown. Here are two questions that deserve careful analysis and response. (1)How do you know the Taiwan Foreign Minister did not meet with the leader of the opposition "in his private time"? (2) Why did the government breach protocol in respect of the opposition? Only these are the core questions that merit answers and understanding.
The above writer reminds me of Bram Bram who has had no sense of self worth. So please note that Saint Lucia is important for other countries too. We should seek some understanding of the facts from our esteemed representative at the UN and/or the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saint Lucia.
Oh, my dear Blogger number one, I could not have said it better. Except to say, only trash, donkey-lickers. Donkey is substituted for an ass oftentimes, can operate around such a rat.

Only a messenger boy from John Compton's legal office could ever be god damn naive.

What is the big deal about all this concocted ro-ro.
The most important matter to me is WHETHER OR NOT SAINT LUCIANS GOT ANYTHING FROM THE VISIT?
If not, public meeting, private meeting, no meeting, same ting. Idiots get a friggin life!

Wow, wow, Pat Brown car foo.
Oh, my dear Blogger number one, I could not have said it better. Except to say, only trash, donkey-lickers. Donkey is substituted for an ass oftentimes, can operate around such a rat.
And the rat stinks.
Pat Brown, you tired singing for your supper, at any old table you can find.
Ah tired hearing you.
Pat don't seem to know when and how to stop.
