i think this is the best line up ever.. there were a couple others that came close... i mean the jacksons... MR.KELLY himself.. i always wanted to see R.K in concert.. i guess i wont have that chance this time around.. but i was hoping that the name st lucia jazz would be stripped and another phrase could have been coined altogether...

on a dif note... since it was held at sandals... whats up with the sandals grande expansion project with those over the water bungalows...i mean the gov really sleeping on them..its true Sandals have the most to benefit since they're all inclusive but the island gets marketing advantage..with this so called new concept ...which already exist to a small degree in cuba,belize,turks..but sandals is pushing the true over the water scenic views of the pacific islands.. in these bungalows...

This event has certainly lost its charm:(. It has lost its allure, it's superiority and most of all class. If they took off 'Jazz' from the name of the event that would be great! When this even started in 1992, we had phenomenal JAZZ performers, however now it's mix of different genres and a lot less Jazz!

St.Lucia needs to be careful about who they choose to represent. R Kelly, of. all the artists out there!!! He is a know child rapist and sadist. Did they do their homework on this guy. He can no longer fill a stadium in the US, why would foreigners travel all the way to St.Lucia to see him?!!

AKON, R-Kelly Lorne Theophilus. What do they have in common? Expansive line up with no substance. However we need to know the price tag of this as we are crying to civil servants that the country is broke

Yes, they have certainly changed the "jazz" concept all around to include visual artists - BUT - on the website and the "fliers", no mention is made of WHERE the visual arts will be featured!!

Beware visual artists!! Beware!! Hope they do not put you all in the "la-boo" or behind God's back somewhere!!
