The individual we have as Minister of Health does not have the mental fortitude to comprehend such matters. Grossly incompetent/highly unsuited for the position.

I agree that you do not have to be a medical doctor (as in reason given for Dr Long not being given the portfolio), but you should have at least an innate capacity to perform.

Greatly lacking in the current Minister of Health. No matter how great your advisors, if you are mentally incapacitated for the job, everyone suffers.
