Yes we know that Stephenson King , the former Prime Minister of St. Lucia was an abysmal failure as leader of St. Lucia with his rank amateurish colleagues but even someone as dumb as than can assess the cluelessness of Kenny and Phillip based on 10 years of destructive governance.

You do not need to see the budget to know that under the present economic climate that someone with the lack of management skills like a Kenny Anthony nd Phillip Pierre only further their personal ambitions - will get us nowhere.

This is too funny. The one time the Opposition Leader may be seen as proactive, he is foolishly preemptive. Why dismiss something that you've not even read and critically assessed? Is this the approach to all things parliamentary? Is this why the Public Accounts Committee is defunct or dysfunctional? Shame.

That said, it appears that the GOSL is desperately trying to spin the VAT as a success--indeed, a fantastical tale. The problem lies not only in the timing and high percentage of the VAT (leaving those who are barely making ends meet further impoverished), but in its collection and application.

Accountants who know better are choosing to profit from public/commercial ignorance, rather than take the ethical route and raise a red flag.

If that man knows so little about business and economics, what makes you think that all of a sudden he has become an expert in financial management and budgeting?

Should someone or some persons lose their heads?

It is time to put a halt to this foolishness.

Anyway, if a top civil servant is privy to classified information and is responsible for leaking information to the Opposition, HEADS SHOULD ROLL!

It is time for a cultural shift.

We need to shift from the relentless resort to the stupid colonial monkey habit and leftover British rubbish, of just making totally senseless statements of opposition like complete idiots, just because we are from the opposing party.

We need to show show growth, depth, and independence for a change. Or, we should dress in goat skin.

We need to show that we have useful grey matter that shows maturity and an absence of complete and utter idiocy!

Some of us it would seem, are better suited to wearing long hair on our faces, arms and bodies when we supposedly communicate.

Are we just an island full of political monkeys?

A high-school joker can not get more than one high-school certificate. But let him be an accidental PM and lo and behold, he becomes a budget expert.

Only in Saint Lucia can one a find a such a thing, which is a party of vicious idiots, by vicious idiots, and for vicious idiots.
