The truth is with the passing of the late Chavez, you can expect changes in the ways the Countries that were beneficiaries of Chavez's generosity will be dealt with. The new president does not have the charisma that Chavez used to pass his generous programs, mading fuel affordable to the islands of the Caribbean; Cuba in particular.
