UWP Leadership Struggle

I thought that all born and bred Saint Lucians especially, had an equal chance to the leadership of political parties in Saint Lucia.

Hey! Not so! Perhaps, not in the drug holes like La Clery, nor the ghettos like the Grave Yard.

But who wants scruffy persona non grata to lead Saint Lucia out of its social depravity and reprehensible behavioural decline?

Last time the coffins marched.

Do we once again want the hen house to be guarded by fox?

What the HELL you talking about?

What the hell that bloke up there does not understand?

They say that when thieves fall out of love with each other .....

Well, you get this.

While St Lucia bickers about useless polidicks, the world talks about the gangsta hold up in Soufriere of 55 tourists.

The Reel Irie boat sinking and 2 Americans nearly losing their lives off our coasts.

Without visiting tourists, we a speck in the ocean and we not exist. Bad days ahead.

Only the morons that make up 99.99 percent of the UWP from top to bottom are really concerned about the fate of the left over cabinet of crooks, jailbirds, drug barons and liars.

The rest of I believe have bigger fish to fry.

I hope those rogues continue to eat one another and leave us alone.

In these hard times, we can do with a long dose of comedy.

Jessie James as happened before might draw his piece and reduce the number of troublesome competitors on the roster. Who knows?

You may be able to take the dog out of the kennel, but you cannot take the kennel out of the dog.

May the most crooked son of bitch win this UWP dog fight.

And the carnage begins!! Lol.

Will St. Lucians ever learn?

If Michael Chastanet recognizes his son is a mindless; spender and particularly poor manager of financial resources. What more is there to analyze.

I watched Allen Chastanet in the Ministry of Tourism with Dr. I forgot his name Tourism Consultant spending loads of money for his contract; then the wasteful fiasco of "Boxing in Paradise", another wasteful amount of money gone down the drain; loads of travel here and there. Look many others I cannot recall right now.

Allen Chastanet blows a hell of a lot of hot air; speaking like there is a continuous hot potato in his mouth; and for some unknown reason he believes that he is some worthwhile leader for this Country. These guys are downright jokers. Believing that they can show certificates and we are to believe that they possess one jot of commonsense.

Many of these folks were schooled; but they are certainly not educated. An educated man would know through his own conscience whether his track record of work whether corporate or at governmental level has been worthwhile.

This place is a real turn-off.

Frederick's mouth is his worse enemy.
He doesn't always know what to say and when to say it.

Country bookies NEVER seem to ever to understand the gravity and importance of timely communication. Scruffy dogs don't know either.

Anonymous said...

That is not a struggle. It is a dog fight.

The UWP can only choose among the detritus.

The junk yard dogs now fighting will leave only one standing, which is another just another UWP low-class, no-class mutt.

The headline should have read :
"UWP Struggles" because the UWP has no Leadership.

Kenny is inept, incompetent, useless as a finance manager, has no vision or plan but the UWP have nothing to offer 'we the people' as an alternative.
In four years under Stephenson King St. Lucia was a struggling crazed country with every morning bringing another crisis. We cannot go back to that.

I will stick with the SLP.

I would vote for Richard Frederick before Chastanet any day. At least Richard Frederick is straight forward and says it as it is. No one can say he is a hypocrite.

Allen Chastanet tried pulling wool and in my view disrespected the High Court Judges in the case of Keith Mondesir's Tuxedo Villas. And I think this is one of the lowest acts we have seen in this country since adult suffrage.
That goes to show you what Allen Chastanet is capable of if he would ever get an opportunity to lead this country. Never happen in St. Lucia.

These fellars all believe that they can continue to take us for a ride none stop. But it will come to a sudden stop. Sooner rather than later.

OK. But if FIRST, like the rest before him, he is absolutely clueless to first COMPREHEND the economic situation in from of him, and SECOND, he is totally INCAPABLE of understanding the RAMIFICATIONS of the decisions he has taken or has to take, what then?

Are you going to wring your hands and say "Father forgive them for they know NOT what they do?"

Tee way boo den ek maytay pie?

Saint Lucia will struggle with economic problems for a long time to come. That is mainly because they get emotional about politics but pay the price by voting for people who do not know anything about economic development, nor business, nor management. How many such people are in the House of Assembly today? Just about one. All the rest are just foolish talkers opposing for opposing sake. Or they are applauding mainly because of party and not being able to decide whether something is really good or bad or the downsides too severe to go through with it.

St. Lucians continue to believe that because someone has collected certificates at a University; they are intelligent. Many went to School, but they are not educated.

I have political bias whatsoever. I refuse to vote. But I can honestly say if one studies Stephenson King and studies Kenny Anthony; it is clear that, notwithstanding Kenny says he went to University; King has many more leadership skills and know-how that Kenny. And I believe that is why many people do not want to see Kenny around; because they are comparing his leadership style with King.

For example; King has a very amicable personality. A peoples person. Kenny tends to project a very haughty and uppity attitude.

King tends to portray himself as a person who tries to include as many people as possible in his governance. Kenny on the other hand, displays an air of comfort with exclusivity. Excluding as many as possible; seems to make Kenny comfortable.

King tends to come across as an individual who recognizes that he does not have all the answers and so he is prepared to listen and learn from others. Kenny on the other hand, portrays an attitude that he really needs no idea; no suggestion; no advice, no contribution from anyone because he has all knowledge; and knows everything about everything; and his idea and his thought is perfect and in perfect order.

King comes across in his dealings with the Public as a man of some appreciable level of humility. Kenny is the exact opposite.

King is very much at ease with friends and foe alike. Kenny projects an image of someone who does not trust even his own shadow.

Kenny also appears to have very little consideration for the wellbeing of others. King on the other hand exhibits alot of empathy towards others. Regardless of who they are.

Kenny loves to surround himself with individuals with a doctorate; believing that they along with him has all the answers to all the problems.

King demonstrates that experience is the best teacher but also embraces those with less experience and hold certificates.

Kenny seems to be operating from a text-book world. King seems to be operating from the real world of business. These are just some of my observations.

Kenny

Some people are unhappy that those of us who want to keep our heads on our shoulders or don't want to push up daisies too soon, will not say anything more than that there is a Drug Baron in the government of Saint Lucia.

If you want to say more you can. It is only that you will be shot like others at point blank range, in broad day light on the streets of Castries, and nobody will see it ever happened.

When the Baron dies, you may see the people on the streets. They may be singing, "Ding! Dong! The wicked witch is dead."

I had to LMAO on this one. You must be living in a parallel universe as someone said. The people, characters and the place names are the same. But that is where the reality ends. All those "seems"!

You must be a party hack. Whenever you manage to get all those "seems" changed into "is" follow up with a dose of castor oil. Be sure to clean out the last bit of crap out of your damn eyes.

Anonymous said...

UWP, a party for idiots, by idiots and of idiots.

The reality is folks, leadership does not depend on having a degree. The blogger is right on this. Everyone knows Kenny lacks everything that an individual who is to be seen as a leader should possess. That is why he narrowly won the last election after all the mess that passed as government in the country. Kenny is off on so many things.

King should enrol in one of those On-Line Master's Degrees and you'll see how well he'll do. Considering how he managed the economy without a degree.

And now Kenny is a ball of confusion, zig-zagging all round; not knowing where to stat or end.

And now the ECCB Governor says the country needs leadership and management. It is obvious that he is dead right.

I almost have admiration for those who want to lead the UWP. Who in their right mind would want that job? I mean really?

Three blind mice.

They'll cut off each other's

All the UWPs like those in Central Castries should come out and vote for Richard Frederick; to prove to all of you who like to remove the mote in your brother's eye; instead of first removing the beam in your own eye.

And vote for him as UWP Leader and then Prime Minister. You all need something in your tails to spin like a car tyre in mud.

All the crooks all over the place. You all ain't seeing them. Hold your breath.

Why a leadership struggle. The position is clear. Frederick for Prime Minister and King as his Deputy.

There is no room for petit- pwan-toot.
