OUTSTANDING!
This is an exemplary spearhead led by "Sir" Chester Hinkson that ought to motivate many of us to follow his lead and perhaps create a permanent fund for Fair Helen's iconic hospital and to schools that serve the neediest -most fragile students.
One suggestion- A special annual global fund drive via various activities at home and in key metro areas of the diaspora- culminating in a grand ball to announce the $ Sum
Total-
The funds will be placed in a non principal loss account administered by the Most unbiased and nation scaffolding government position (held by the Lady on top of the Morne).
Hospital admin make annual reports to her to show areas of greatest needs.
