Bi-polar Disorder

If any Government Labour or United Workers Party were out of their minds to cut the pensioner's pensions.

Then we would see what St. Lucia is really about.

You all would not want to witness the result.

Every nasty; stinking secret of both governments will be exposed to the internet readers and major foreign governments.

The country is on its knees; only because of political corruption over the several decades.

And it is the politicians pensions and salaries that must be cut off eliminated all together.

They BEG us to vote for them; so they can work in our (the people of St. Lucia) government office; so we only owe then a salary.

And nothing else. We did not BEG them to go there. There are many who would go for the salary only; and do a better job; than they have been going. And that goes for both parties.

So get off, Long with that bloody crap.

Only the politicians and those corrupt Permanent Secretaries must pay the price. And not hard working decent pensioners.

They try that; their ARSE WILL BE GRASS.

What the hell is Lynden Long talking about. Where the hell he came from?

Is he all there?

The politicians brought this country to where it is; and only they must pay the wretched price.

So go to hell.

Whether Kenny, King, Chastanet. They dare not interfere with Pensioner's pensions.

We earn that. I hope I am pellucid.

And who the heck is Lynden Long/

Sounds like he is singing for a political supper?

Saint Lucia is an economic basket case. Too many political yard fowls are dependent that part or the other to survive and thus very intolerant of criticism of any kind towards their party boss or members. Corruption is quite acceptable in such an environment. The country therefore continues on its downward spiral, without hope.

Like Mr. Long said, without anyone NOT EVEN Holy Saint John Compton who sits on the Right Hand of the Almighty -- for some of course -- had a vision. Unless you confuse that with his ambition to give every new place name in English, as John Compton this or John Compton that.

Without a nationalistic plan, any road will do. Therefore, we do not know where in the future this country is going to wind up.

It is now rudderless headed by people without a moral compass. Machiavellian communistic opportunism is characteristically the most dominant feature underlining the actions of those barking plantation-like orders their minions and their mealy-mouthed and their obliging supinely spineless ex-slave offspring sheepishly and meekly follow.

Look around. The UWP has another khaki-coloured one already in the pipeline, just salivating whilst waiting his turn in the continued humiliating relay of slave plantation ex-colonial governance.

Save your breath. Both UWP and SLP parties are just ready to give us their versions of "the other party did it too when they were in power".

You Mr. Long are just over-analyzing. At each turn they just re-organize for another run at the political trough.

Each party group is simply seeking to stuff more than the last, in clever ways and not necessary legal ways. Lackeys, hacks and yard fowls.

Such party hacks do not ask questions. Moo-moo tablets are for them. They are afraid to lose their piece of the political crumbs or the contracts.

Some politicians are just suffering from two or more personalities. The schizophrenia of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde is killing us.

For my part; the idea of the writer; who once held the position of a Permanent Secretary in the St. Lucia Civil Service; to even think of such a ridiculous idea of cutting the pensions of pensioners who can not really enter the work force as such; to work; indicated to me that LONG was going off his mind or really in a most subtle way singing for his supper. The fact is; if any government by whatever name; brought this scourge on its senior citizens; fire and brimstone will rain down on St. Lucia; and the one who is responsible will get what it never expected.

It is about time; and I think the time is right for former civil servants to 'let the cats out of the bag". Let the "pandora boxes be open" for the world to see.

We have had enough crap in this country. Lies. Lies, and more Lies.
