While not an original idea, this is nonetheless an outstanding initiative for which Mr Gajadhar should be highly commended. Versions of this initiative can be applied across the board within the public and private sectors. It could for example be used by Government can reduce the size of the public service by offering early retirement and access to grant funds to public servants who wish to go into business. This idea was suggested about 10 years ago to the then SLP administration and should have accompanied the early retirement program that was implemented around that time. The idea can be refloated, now that the SLDB is back in business. The key to the success of the initaitive is the preparation of detailed business plans. This initiative is a defintite candidate for unspent EU funds.

The hacks will not respond. They are too ashamed to admit that Gajadhar is doing what their government has failed to do.
i feel what your company is trying to do is great, but i'm wondering to what extend,and is it a loan and what percentage you do have to pay back.
