there is no more rest these 9-11 were those affected by the fire a few yrs ago.. OK.. anon 2nd .. now anon..1st i agree with u well u looking at 10 yrs b4 any of these ghettos are removed we have a snail government system irrespective of who is in power.. they dont have NO- VISION..NO-INNOVATION.. NO - MONEY..
it is possible to remove the ghetto and the stench that eminates from those areas literally.. we could replace it for now with GREEN SPACES.. even if we the gov dont have any ideas at present or investors to fill in the blanks in those areas just creating green spaces is sufficient for now.. that would be inkeeping with the tourism push our country is going for..
So we can find accommodations for those in faux a chaux,conway,graveyard,grass-street,tou-rouge,barcara..Castries is surrounded by Ghettos and we want to curb crime not any time soon that will happen .. if we dont have money to find homes for these stlucians lets build apartments for them so that eventually those who are responsible and less prone to criminality can BUY THESE APARTMENTS EVENTUALLY..that is what i mean by our lucian gov.. dont have no IDEAS..
