U know something normal, average looshans dat in the Public Service COmmission. Dem not doin nuttin? Well is st. lucia really a law abiding country? The law said only the gov general can sign mineral docs but the PM did. N concessions shud only go to hotels not homes but a minister got his. Wat do u expect. Hope the gov't i mean politicians take all u serious.
