ALL of this would not have been at all necessary if Saint Lucia's future had not been placed UNNECESSARILY in jeopardy, by a very well-known country bookie.

We are here using statistics as a drunk uses a street light, aren't we? For support by the lamppost, but not the illumination.
Let us not get side-tracked. As a St. Lucian, the CRITICAL ISSUE here is this.
1. Was the Prime Minister; under the relevant Ordinance, the one given under the provision of that Ordinance; the power to APPROVE or DISAPPROVE?
Because there is very vital/good reason why legislation/laws provide for specific levels of authority for approvals.
2. Whatever costs now arising to the people funds in St. Lucia. That is to say; the St. Lucia Treasury Funds; Mr. Kenny Anthony will have to RE-PAY and make good; the full amounts to the TREASURY. Why? Because such significant decisions relating to our scarce natural resources; should, as a matter of GOOD GOVERNANCE and ACCOUNTABILITY in GOVERNMENT; should have been thoroughly discussed in CABINET (GOVERNMENT) and PARLIAMENT as well.
He (Kenny Anthony) is not the be-all-and-end-all in the Government and Governance of this country. We the people employed for a fixed time to do what is in OUR (the people of St. Lucia's) BEST INTEREST.
We also now need all documentation; including minutes of meetings to be made known in a Public Inquiry.
Saint Lucia must not suffer ANY LOSSES of its Treasury Funds. They must of right; be PAID BY KENNY ANTHONY. That is the bottom line.
And where necessary Kenny Anthony; the Prime Minister must be sent to Jail for approving a document for which he does not have Authority.
We should note that if the ORDINANCE refers to tthe term "Governing Council". It means it is the Cabinet of Ministers.
But if it states that it is the (GOVERNOR GENERAL). Then it means just that.
We cannot, as a country to lose, one black cent more; after all those millions that under Kenny Anthony's watch; has gone down the drain.
Whether GRENBERG is willing or unable to pay any costs ordered by any Court or Courts; is not the problem of the people of this country. KENNY ANTHONY did and took it upon himself to undertake this; and therefore ; ALL LOSSES MUST ACCRUE TO HIS PERSONAL AND PRIVATE FUNDS.
The OPPOSITION PARTIES; in the name of the people of Saint Lucia must TAKE HIM 9KENNY ANTHONY) to COURT on this matter.
We cannot afford further losses to our country all because of the ignorance and arrogance of a wretched man. Case Close.
