Go Chastanet clean house, present a great slate of canndidates, and piggyback on what might be the begining of a confession of malfeasance and tell us how sorry you are for your own "missteps".
While what you have purported to have done, ie. funnelling government money to campaign coffers, has been done by the SLP as well, much more than they will ever care to admit it is you and Ezie that are taken to court as "window dressing" to show how much they detest corruption.

A few points.
They should change the SLAP Facebook name from St Lucians Aiming for Progress to St Lucians Against Progress!
I realized the other day that I now go there for the roro and maypuis as the hacks and indecent bloggers on that site are no different than the dirtbags like Juk Bois or Claudius or Flogg Blogg looking for their 15 secs of fame as they dirty St Lucian society.
It is amusing that the three person grouping called LPM is salivating at the opportunity to get King and Fredericks on their side. They are in for a surprise. King is a two timer. He waited till the last moment before he dumped Dauvergne when the Super 8 were going to pull the Prime Ministership from him.
This time around he has done all he can to upend Chastanet and realizes it is not working, so will simply run Castries Northeast on the UWP ticket and hope for Chastanet to fail. King is a useless ton of blubber who spent 2008-11 embarassing St Lucia with one of the most blatantly venal Administrations on record. They did not even have the smarts to hide their corruption like the SLP.
Fredericks may or may not join the LPM. I think not. If he does he will be de facto leader and taint this grouping. St Lucians will reject them handily. Sir John made plain to me what he thought of Richards which has turned out to be so correct. His place in St Lucian politics is indicative of how low we have fallen as a society.
It is interesting as we see the liberal SLP turn to their last resort to ensure Kenny remains in power which is the use of the power of the State. The disciplinary action against the Fire service rep will be followed by legal action against the UWP former Ministers they want out of the way. Whereas we know there was massive corruption under the UWP it is interesting that only now will action be contemplated as the SLP are now hated by the public.

The UWP will handily win the next elections due by 2016.
They will retain the six seats they currently have though there is a question mark over Castries Central if Fredericks runs as an Independent. If he does run Independent he will NOT win but will determine whether SLP or UWP come out on top depending on how many votes he pulls.

Gros Islet
Babonneau
Choiseul
Anse la Raye
Dennery North
Less easily they will also take:
Castries South
Vieux Fort North
Castries East
Castries Central
The only trump card the SLP have for which time is running out is to embroil UWP candidates in court cases over their stewardship from 2008 - 2011. The problem for the SLP is that these scamps are all in it together and what is good for the goose is good for the gander and it would not take too much digging to find the paper trail for
monies disbursed by government to party hacks on both sides!
At the end of the day it matters not who wins but the SLP seem to be the most incompetent and callous at this moment so Lucians might as well get rid of them and then hope that Chastanet can attract some investments with the Yankee drawl! For sure the liberal/socialist management incompetent, Castro wanbabee Kenny Anthony definately does not know how to grow an economy but just spend us into debt!
