I am very pleased to see that the police Department has exposed the bloody liars in St. Lucia for what they are.

How the hell you could dare to make an application to conduct a public rally to a high ranking Government Official; such as; and very importantly; the Head of the Police Force of a country; ONE DAY before the intended march; and you see nothing wrong with that?

This is exactly why this country has been flushed down shit-street.

Have some RESPECT. You bloody idiots. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

You are exposing yourselves to the world as dumb; stupid, backward and lacking good civilized manners.

Go back and learn some good home manners. Bloody idiots!

One would think that Mr. Labourne would know better having spent some time as Press Secretary in the UWP regime. However when you have a failed or perceived fraudulent establishment as that of the last government, how much can Mr. Labourne learn. Hence the response as given by the police press, clearly identifies the depraved mental condition of the character in subject.

During the Arab Spring from 2010 to present protesters developed new techniques of civil resistance in sustained campaigns involving strikes, demonstrations, marches, and rallies, as well as the effective use of social media to organize, communicate, and raise awareness in the face of state attempts at repression and Internet censorship. St. Lucian should adopt the very same techniques. That is the only logical options against a corrupt police department and government.
