But it looks this days people using a facility but the owner and not the user have to take care of it.

Anonymous said...: 1.13 pm the issue at hand is too big for the users to handle. we are talking of 18 inch deep holes on the field. My understanding of the situation is,the ground belongs to Sir Arthur. Why should gov't resurface the ground and the community does not have access to use it?
