A turkey will never vote for Christmas.
There is a huge productivity problem with a lot of civil servants, which means that you could probably get ride of 20% of them without even noticing. Maybe it would be better to freeze the salaries but get rid of bottom performing decile as an example.
KENNY MUST NOW RETRENCH THOSE PERSONS HIS GOVERNMENT BROUGHT INTO THE CIVIL SERVICE.
THIS WILL TAKE CARE OF THE WASTE AND EXCESSIVE EXPENDITURE.
AND THAT INCLUDES THE SENIOR CIVIL SERVANTS AT PERMANENT SECRETARY AND OTHER LEVELS BROUGHT INTO THE SERVICE UNDER THOSE EXHORBITANT CONTRACT ARRANGEMENTS.
THEN THERE IS ISAAC ANTHONY WHO CONTINUES TO GET A PERMANENT SECRETARY SALARY FROM GOVERNMENT BECAUSE HE IS TECHNICALLY ON LEAVE; BUT HAS TAKEN UP ANOTHER POSITION WHICH WAS HIGHLIGHTED IN THE PRESS TO DO WITH INSURANCE AND GETTING ANOTHER SALARY FOR THAT TOO.
