Economic Citizenship

Suprised to see no-one has commented on this. There are undoubtedly SOME benefits of allowing the right type of foreigner in, who:

a) has some money to contribute
b) is not a profiteer seeking to strip the nation of its assets
c) is not some dodgy criminal

I would be giving priority to retirees from the Commonwealth who have a particular skill-set which St Lucia lacks (forensics, engineering etc) and they could maybe contribute in some part-time capacity, or assist in training the younger ones. I dont think its a good idea to be getting too many young ones in because they will compete directly with the locals, and thats not good for them.

Kenny shouldn't be allowing the rich crims in who buy up large chunks of real estate.
