That's good that we are tackling this type of crime, I wonder does Mafia crime come under that too! or is it the case of money talks!
They should also add an enterprise law for gang activity ie if they happen to be a non - participating bystander who fails to intervene or contact the authority. Might work for organise crime and politicians, although these days the line is rather blurred.
And when will be the 'eye for an eye' law introduced for criminals to feel for real punishment?
At present system the criminals go back into society after after spending a short time in Hotel Jail and the victims are suffering for the rest of theyr life.
That's justice ???
What about the crimes committed by the police, I would consider these gang crime.
