It's a problem for black kids in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas; including the Caribbean.
Algebra, calculus, and all that western gibberish just don't appeal to black folks. And unfortunately, they run the world; and those who succeed are the ones who somehow find a way to adopt. But for the vast majority of blacks, the present world order is a nightmare.
So governments should take the lead in encouraging students to learn agriculture, capentry, masonry, mechanic, etc. Not everyone should seek to be an accountant, an economist, or a lawyer. There is nothing wrong with working the soil with our hands. But then again we all want to be Europeans.
