Let us have a project that will impact the whole economy. How about a first class horse racing park?... folks from the region go all the way to Miami to the races; let us get a piece of that action in St.Lucia. Think tourism.
A Horse racing park - then a Car racing park - and a Casino and the best little 'ho' house in town. What the hell is wrong with you people? all you think of is to drink, gamble, have a good time, drive crazy on money owed to the Banks, can't pay your debts, smoke weed and take d*%#gs. No wonder the country is broke and have to beg TaeWan for money. In the mean time your children running all over town getting into trouble because you run to Miami to gamble - what a life, and you call this "thinking outside the box". There is only one box I can think of for your kind - AND YOU KNOW IT.
At least 20-30% of this money Will be used for bribe To the contractors that also have to hand over big part of the bribe to the politicans and their friends. good for THE sales volume of BMW's and Audi's.
The check for $6.6m was handed over to the accountant general by the Prime Minister. OK. But to whom did the prime minister handed the more than $100m of the Christmas trough aid that came from all corners of the globe? Why is it that St.Lucians never heard from Kenny or Pierre about the amout of money that came into St.Lucia in the form of aid? Where did all that money go? Where is the transparency Kenny and Pierre love to talk about?
When will our current leader begin to think seriously about our country's overall national development with the grants and contribution he received on our behalf from friendly government? This question deserves a careful consideration because there is the perception throughout the country that the monies given by the ambassador and duly received by the Prime Minister for the country's development are used only for political reasons in preselected constituencies.

Good idea, above, with the way things are, we have to think outside the box, at all avenues to generate income...
