This is pure and simple, a conflict of interest.Typical of Kenny to brush these matters aside as though he's invincible. He and his minions have consistently slaped the citizens of this country in the face with their arrogance. This is one of such. For the record, I am not a uwp supporter. The speaker should resign.

I am very suspicious of Kenny's Letter. Read between the lines and you must draw the conclusion that Kenny is being defensive of something.

That 250lbs of lard for a Prime Minister should be ashame of himself wearing maternity shirts like a pregnant female should take a hike. No apology to you from Mr.King go get your Dominican a@#$%^& Assterfan and do what you enjoy doing best, sue him you are despicable, coniving and plain ruthless.

King wrote and is outside the cover of parliamentary immunity. Litigated, and failing to prove his case, they will nail him to the cross for his political stupidity. He does not even have the dubious argument that he was misquoted, or what was said had been taken out of context as in verbal communications. He wrote it. Anyway, he can afford any penalty. He can spend money like the nouveau riche. Money is no problem. In any case, he never had to work for it, unlike the majority of us.

Can you politicians stfu already and do the work that you are paid for? The same shate happens every time there is a change in power, one sues the other while the people suffer and State money goes to lawyers.

Anonymous said...

Then the moomoos shout either 'flambeau' or en rouge! Des bandes couyons!

Anonymous said...

Why is the PM leaving the business of the state, to worrying about King thus making him feel important. What is King leading? UWP is not party and King do not have the ability to form it into a party again, but he want to call himself a leader. It is a down right shame to have a leach like King who can bearly read and write to be our PM or opposition leader. No wander St Lucia is in the mess it is today.

Anonymous said...

Quite right above. Why Kenny is making King relevant is beyond my comprehension!!...

King is already settling into the dustbin of our Local politics, why revive and make him a bit significant. The man is a complete simpleton. PERIOD.

Who d hell is King?

While they squabble like idiots to see who can wield the bigger stick, the citizens suffer. In my opinion, they all need to apologize to the people of St. Lucia, every single one of them from both parties.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to economic circumstances and the inability of Kenny, Tony or Phillip to do anything about the economy or to govern properly - the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off !

Come back to this forum in 4 years time to get further announcements - provided we have electricity still flowing in St. Lucia !

King has every right to bring out flaws in government. Afterall, he is being paid a salary even if he is in opposition. He is actually doing his job. Leave no stone unturned. However, if he is desiminating false information, this is a totally different and difficult ball game to play, and therefore should pay the consequences.

Anonymous said...

I hope the people of st.Lucia realize what a huge mistake they have made, putting that arrogant bastard, back as prime minister. Do you really believe that foster need that job??? I mean reallyyy!! But then again he feels safe having his lawyer as speaker so they can take everybody to court when they speak against his governmaaant!!! Wake up my people.

"UWP is not party and King do not have the ability to form it into a party again"

You mean the UWP got 2,000 votes less than the SLP and they are not a party???

My friend a party is any group with a mission to govern a country.Big or small it does not matter. Stop being an idiot!!!

Anonymous said...

Woy oh yohye! That one up there is really a thorough ass. No kind of sophisticated thinking at all, at all, at all.

Can a group of people give themselves a name, contest an election but have no sense of unity or cohesiveness other than to make money for themselves?

Jackass, would you call that up there a real, real political party or gang headed by Ali Baba?

Anonymous said...

A political party must have a structure, 10:20 AM is there any structure in the UWP at present? Nobody is saying UWP never use to be a party, but we all know it got dismantled after the election. Now UWP is a group of nomads.

Anonymous said...

Nomads or political bandits?

Do you recall? A King appointee revealed the inner character and personalities of that cabal, when it was said that 'politics is for bad boys'.

That cabinet of misfits by then, had already tried to leak money from the Treasury into the pockets of a fellow cabinet member. A minister had already sold the medical records of private patients for profit. A sub-unit of the then Police Farce was operating under the orders of a UWP drug baron and cabinet member, with young people being taken out at a striking rate of on average, one per week. Another cabinet member had already had his integrity questioned regarding the Tuxedo Affair regarding evidence given to the OECS Court of Appeals. Another cabinet member had already chanelled a government contract to company with a relative of a cabinet member in a key managerial position. Yet another had already spent jail time in a US penitentiary or counts related to identity theft.

And you call that a party?

Anonymous said...

What a FOOLISH thing.. Please say you are sorry.
Ha ha.. Political CRAP.

Anonymous said...

Like it or not, at present there is only ONE organized political party in St Lucia and that is the SLP. The rest are bits and pieces of a group of people, which will not regain office anytime soon.

Anonymous said...

Oh lawd why are we making King relevant today? The man has been relegated to the political rubbish heap: leave him there please. Only in SLU will an unschooled person become PM. Why is KING interfering with "LAW" a subject he does not have a clue about? If he needs to take part in constructive discussions GO TO SCHOOL please

Anonymous said...

I hope you are as smart as Mr King you freaking imbicile. Suckers like you that make that semi beige man thinks he's above you all back home, he better turn around and kiss Mr King choo because he will NEVER apologize to that fat dough boy.

Anonymous said...

My view is that King as leader of the opposition didn't do or said anything wrong or different than what most right thinking Saint Lucians would. We better be very careful in this country because it seems attempts are being made by Kenny to kill democracy. He uses intimidation and strong-armed tactics to muzzle our people.

Anonymous said...

The very right and honourable does not have to apologize. He should be sued!

It is amazing how corrupt the media is reporting the incompetence of this Labour Party.
Read the regional headlines you get the impression that tourism was magnificant in 2012 and electricity rates will soon drop.

When you know the facts you are aware that the tourism report was that "some markets did well" BUT overall tourism figures dropped. i.e. not so good !

When you know the facts you realize that the Labour Party intends to go to Parliament to do something about electricity rates but there is a high probability they cannot do anything because of world oil prices.

All smoke and mirrors aided and abetted by the media.
This is the constant propaganda you get that has nothing to do with the reality on the ground in St. Lucia.

All the liberal elites protecting themselves and screwing the people.

It is true that the UWP is a disorganized set of opportunists running all over the place without leadership or a plan.

As a UWP supporter I can gurantee we will never put him or the other clowns in again to represent the legacy of John Compton.

Anonymous said...

John Compton is dead and gone not too soon. Forget him and move on. King does not represent anyone but his constituents."but" that does not mean that as an elected member he has no right to ask questions. O.K., let me ask the question. Is that not a blatent act of conflict of interest? (Quid pro quo?)
Dr.Anthony must realize, for too often he can,t call on Astafart to earn a buck at the expence of the Tax payers of St.lucia. One of his minions, Dr. Louis had to pay, and if I can remember, was it not Rick Wayne also? that's why he is so disliked for being thinskined (sheenyar)Kenny, it,s time to grow up. Your legacy needs a little polish.

Anonymous said...

Kenny and legacy? Financial blunders.

Compton? 30 years of victimization and punishment of Anse La Raye and Canaries for not voting for UWP. A systemic failure regarding pipe-borne water for the country. Placing nincompoops, jailbirds, drug barons, tiefs and other reprobates into high office. Great legacy of self-serving politics, with his name on every god-damn thing he did. A narcissistic Kim Jong Ill, Third-world small-islet mentality and personality, with Saint Lucians scraping the bottom of countries in terms of IQ.

That is legacy for so! You cyan make this up.

See why the hell this god-forsaken country is so frigging sick?

King looks respectable in this Voice photo. But the other two look mean and conspiratorial. Architects of destruction of freedom and democracy. Longest prayer has an amen. Amen!

Anonymous said...

That constipation toilet-bowl look?

But the far larger part of genius lies in understanding that not talent but doing the work is the core driver of greatness. This understanding frees us to lean into the uncertainty, accept risk, and seek judgment with the understanding that, offered constructively, those actions are what will move us closer to our ability to create what we're here to create. The two red boys surround the black boy. Their motive is to destroy him and others in the society. Their real mission: enrich themselves and destroy democracy.

I have always made the point that we in the Caribbean are closed to Haiti than we are to Miami.

For those who want to be obtuse let me explain further.

For all the 1Phones or Masters Degrees or million dollar homes , the fact is that in the character we show as a people, in the level of civilized conduct that we show we are nearer to the unfortunate and destitute of Haiti than we are to the structured life of Florida.

We are a country where we accept an 86% out of wedlock rate in a world where all the evidence is that a civilized well structured country has a preponderance of families consisting of a MARRIED MAN AND WOMAN WITH CHILDREN.

Here in St. Lucia we accept when a big up man has an outside child with another man's wife - and nothing for dat! And then we give him big positions and lionize him.

We borrow money on the public purse to the point of bankruptcy and then the main cause of all that borrowing goes to local and regional forum to act as if he has never in his life seen the Ministry of Finance that he led for a decade.

Therefore neither in the social or fiscal arena are we a people that show any of the character of an advanced civilized nation - yet we like to 'walk tall' when in fact we are crawling alobg the gutter.

For all those who do not think that matters unfortunately for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction. Therefore our freeness social and fiscal actions will shortly result in a complete breakdown of our societies inclusive of massive layoffs in the public and private sectors and riots.

You do not fight against natural forces as liberals will soon find out.

Fifty years of liberal freeness masquarading as freedom is soon to take its toll. All the feminism, the gay marriage support, the sexual orientation push, the tax borrow and spend mentality, the prostitution push, the sexual and fiscal freeness will deal the final fatal hand - and we will all pay the price.

The Prime Minister, Gordon and Gordon, King, are all certified idiots. Do they seriously think we as a people are concerned with their distraction antics? Who the hell cares about who is the speaker of the house or who apologizes or not? They ought to get off their highchairs and do something that will contribute to the growth and development of our little third world country. Get with the program already and quit bickering over trivialities. We need employment opportunities for our youth in particular and we need bread on our tables to feed our families. Their battle for supremacy is the least of our troubles so tell them to put a bloody sock in it!

Anonymous said...

Half-$##@## leaders. Clueless and country-bookies most of them. What growth are you talking about? None of them went to school to learn about that. So how the hell they will get to know how to deal with that from mere conversations with people in the service and those that can run circles around them regarding business and economics from the IMF? See he tripses around the world ignoring the grave problems at home. Does an oven produce ice?

Shameless, Kenny Anthony.

Does St. Rose work with Foster's Chambers?

Did anyone in the Government's Service spoke to St. Rose regarding official Work?

If so, this is straight and clear.

They obviously back-tracked when they realized someone was about to put this out to the Public knowledge.

This Country makes me SICK. Disgusting. And anyone being so brazen and shameless to ask for apology. Come on, get off your high horses. You won't be there for much longer.

Everyone is fed up with your trash, inside and out.

So stop it. Stop the disrespect to the public . To St. Lucians.

So the US economy fell by 0.1% in the 4th Quarter. The decline is coming.

The French Minister said France is bankrupt - then they had to scramble the following days to cover it up.

Spain's economy fell by 0.7% in the final quarter of 2012.

And their answer is more of the same liberal economics to solve the problem by printing and printing money to cover the banks arses - the ones who gave the most money to Obama!

Anonymous said...

Yes indeed, Kenny looks terrible with that 250 pounds of Lard.

Reminds me of the RED PIGS they grew some years back, in the 1970s.

Anonymous said...

The decline is coming. So?

Do you have cash reserves, planted your banana trees and transplated a breadfruit tree?

King, smartass, is just waiting to tell you to go stuff your brains with those morning, noon, and night, while he fattens his pension.
