Anonymous said...: i would like to add my 2cents to this..they indicated that this is the 1st phase of the morne lay by..right?.. what will be the 2nd phase ..? and why not put up a couple viewing public binoculars that is so common overseas..its almost like a parking ticket device if ppl dont know what i am referring to.. to see close up views of castries and gros islet u put a coin in the machine..and u get a close-up view from those binoculars...hope someone from SSDF..OR SOCIAL TRANSFORMATION DEPT ...gets to read this..does that appeal to u??; January 26, 2013 at 5:59 PM
