Shout out to the boys and girls on the block—even death announcements. Is anything sacrosanct in this country?

A good article, interesting that there are no other comments as yet. Policies on an approach to all aspects of i.e. how we should utilise youth at work, teach them the work ethic, re educate to become employable, socialize etc; our youth are the future. Also parenting classes for both male and female's in school should be compulsary to break this cycle of apathy, poor behaviour and for those young people to grow up with appropriate boundaries that will be passed on to their children. Many parents on the island have a lot to answer for, they seem incapable of taking their responsibilities as parents seriously, then go on and on to have more children. They are meant to be the role models for future generations, god help us!!

Sacrosanct you say? Well, not if voters insist on electing complete retards and idiots like themselves to office to represent them.

Keep on trying. Hopefully, the forces for good will one day overtake our revered jailbird and drug baron politicians and their companion reprobates.

Birds of a feather. UWP, the party of idiots, by idiots, and for idiots.

We have so many more of them. That is why Saint Lucia is idiot country.

The writing is on the wall. Death has long been a form of celebration on the island especially for them alcoholics. AS for the youths, it's just a hopeless case. There are no roll models to emulate not even their own parents. Kids are having kids. That has become a fashion. There is a system of injustice permeating on the island brought about by politics. The youths gang up so they can belong and have a false sense of security. They need some form of engagement which the government (yellow green red) is by duty to provide. When you analyse their predicament, they are cut in the dungeons with no where, no one to turn to. Everything is in disarray. The society is completely broken. I don't see change any time soon.

This is yet another reason why St. Lucia needs a university of QUALITY! One that would offer numerous courses in VALUES, ETHICS, and the like, which would help the young to "KNOW THYSELF" - which is the REAL PURPOSE OF LIFE!
