Kenny to their rescue.
Kenny has not rescued us. He has never been so generous to us. The water tank was already bought and erected five years ago courtesy of the local Taiwan Embassy. Instead of conecting it to the main your politically charged WASCO allowed African Snails to inhabit it. Also for the past 15 years WASCO had allowed truckloads of water to be hauled daily from the Micoud Water System for buyers up north. Mean while Micoudians went without water running to their homes....
I hope Cass Elias is reading this.He will also remember travelling to the Catchment site with a delegation from the Ti Rocher Community and upon his return promised to recommend to the Cabinet of Ministers to assist every household in Micoud South to purchase Water Tanks. That was Labours response answer to our water problem. WASCO is not without blame for our neglect.Thank you EU. Thank you Arsene'

Hey, Cass was not interested in EVERY household in Ti Rocher. He wanted the subsidized tanks for himself and SOME party friends. The Poor folks could not afford water tanks. They were to go back to the ravine and disease infected ponds for water.
Come to think of it in fact Arsene and not Kenny did some of the work to ensure this gift from the EU. Kenny does not think highly of the people of Micoud South, except for his blood cousin who lives there and who has no problem getting all sorts of opportunities.
