Leadership And Responsibility

The United States would have left Saddam alone had he not developed expansionist ideas and kept his bravado to his own sphere of influence. The US can wipe out any and all of the five terrorists if their future activities warrant it. In fact releasing them may be the strategy for eliminating them. We should stop politicizing the current economic situation in St. Lucia and offer solutions. My understanding is that the present Government does not link their present proposals to winning the next general elections. That involves leadership and responsibility.
True statement: "We should stop politicizing the current economic situation in St. Lucia and offer solutions." However, at this point, is the present government willing to review and accept any solutions that may interfere with its selfish agendas? Come on, the writing is on the wall---read and understand.
@3.06pm you appear to have insider knowledge on the "selfish agenda" of the Government, and it seems that you have the same intransigence of which you accuse them. At this point the Country should publicly challenge the Government with solutions to the crisis (?) and this process will expose any selfish agenda. I do not believe that St.Lucians are fools despite the sordid political polarisation.
@5:58 PM, Saint Lucians ARE fools! That's is the fundamental reason we have hordes of idiots who cannot think for themselves seek the protection of real scoundrels and knaves as their representatives in both political. Get real.
