This sounds bogus. Why put this there, and not yet ready with a contact telephone number, when you say you starting mid-January and we are almost now mid-week in a couple days.

Are there any precedents to this in St. Lucis.

Can we be enlightened on the customary process for this in other countries, like for example, the USA and the United Kingdom?

What if someone gets some negative effect from the administration of the drug being tested?

What are the LEGAL IMPLICATIONS in that regard?

Can the Medical and Dental Association of St. Lucia enlighten we the St. Lucian public on this matter?
