Sorry. You are talking competently, but all of that is way above the heads in the ENTIRE Ministry of Finance, the ENTIRE Cabinet, and MORE-SO, the government's consultants (for the latter, read: SLP yard-fowls).

Our Ministry of Finance is so lapo, that it in recent times, it even lost the capacity to provide reliable GDP figures.
In other words, the then PM recited a narrative or fairy tale based on worse than guestimates. Can you believe the depths to which this country is sinking?
