You should know that St. Lucia provides Canada and USA with 90% of their petroleum products. In addition to being the main provider of Flour and Wheat products to Canada.
The recent Military Alliance signed between St. Lucia and the Countries of North America promises to safeguard the Atlantic States of the USA from foreign invasion by countries like North Korea, and in exchange St. Lucia will be allowed to train the United States' Police officers.
Now that you have forced us to expose the profitable relationships that currently exists with our Allies, thereby jeopardizing the long standing secret positions of our foreign policy, I will have to ask you not to do that.
Because of this disclosure, we will now have to explain the reason we are forced to beg Taiwan for the Welfare Check/cheque and why our unemployed has now attained the desirable goal of 45 %.
