Whatever the cost, it is certainly much less than what Chastanet announced as a guest (or guess) on a talk show. That makes him a prevaricator. This man continues to guess & mislead the public with false information.
Now any prudent investor (or homeowner) understands that it is better to pay a mortgage towards their own interest than to pay rent towards someone else's benefit. That "someone else" happens to be the plaintiff.....Chas!

Coloured (color) has nothing to do with sincerity and character of an individual. You should be at least knowledgable enough to know that from the presentations given by persons like MLK & Malcolm X. The lack of skill of our largely country boukey MPs is so-o-o-o-o-o-o-o obvious. Instead of renovating the mall,kenny/Mr.T proceeds to buy another building.How stupid is that?of course it is not his money,so he as usual does not care.
It would be interesting to know who previously owned the building.
By the way,there were pictures showing both the inside and outside of this house(they were posted on the net because the house was for sale.No one(except MR.t/Kenny Anthony)who saw those pictures plus the area where the house is situated would pay that huge amouint for this property.It is overvalued by 40% and so tax payer's money is badly spent.Usual story.

Next expense will be a pedestrian bridge at this location....so much for saving money.
If it was done to stop payments to Papa Chas then find a suitable building in town, say in Jeremie Street, and put the SSDF there!
At the end of the lease at Ministry of External Affairs, Cheriki would have made 7 million dollars. The agreement was signed under the UWP administration.
